The Challenge
One to One needed to relocate a candidate from Hong Kong to the U.S. for a short-term assignment. Timing was critical as the candidate needed to be in her now role within 30 days of accepting the position. 

The Solution
Working with the client’s Talent Acquisition Team, One to One developed a very detailed plan that included critical points of completion. We also completed all required documents for the candidate to re-enter the United States along with movement of her household goods and temporary living accommodations while seeking home options in her new community.  Success was pointed towards the discipline of clear and comprehensive planning along with crisp and rapid communications throughout the entire relocation experience. 

As a result of our detailed plan, including clear and timely communications, we were able to successfully relocate the employee within the 30-day window, and within the client’s relocation budget.
